Support

We provide multiple levels of support to meet your needs and solve your problems more efficiently.

  • Phone Support – Depending on the complexity of your computer problem or network issue, we may be able to provide basic support over the phone. We will verbally walk you through the steps until you can solve the problem yourself. Getting you back to work or functioning normally as soon as possible.
  • Remote Support – If we can not easily walk you through a solution, we have the resources to provide remote support. We are able to make the necessary changes through secure internet access from office, quickly and efficiently. Saving you money and time, we keep you from waiting on field technicians, so you can be up nd running faster.
  • Field support – We are also on site technicians responding to emergency calls first. Depending on the severity of the situation, we know internet or phone support isn’t the best option, and will make on site calls as necessary. Highly complex situations are resolved on site, and we attempt to get you operational immediately. In cases where specialty parts or new equipment must be ordered, we try out best to manage a temporary solution that continues to keep your business functioning.
